Since 1750, the history of the firm Bouchard Aîné & Fils has been closely tied to that of Burgundy wine and the town of Beaune. Since 1998, its cellars dating back to the 18th century in the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy have proposed a tasting visit unique in its kind, "Le Parcours des 5 sens®".
A few minutes from the famous Hospices de Beaune, the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy places host to the Maison Bouchard Aîné & Fils which invites you to enjoy an unprecedented tour of its cellars dating back to the 18th century. The "Parcours des 5 Sens®" is a discovery of wine for the senses calling on each individual's receptivity. A tasting session of five Burgundy wines is proposed with a commentary focusing on each sensory stage: hearing, sight, smell, touch and taste, with different rates depending on the wines selected.
