In the gardens of the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, a charming master winegrower’s house is home to the gastronomic restaurant, helmed by the young chef Jordan Billan. Inside, a suite of character rooms welcomes you while outdoors a superb terrace is the perfect setting in fine weather.
A world of elegance in which to delight in the chef’s refined cuisine that pays honour to the richness of the Bourguignon terroir. Respectful of seasons, the menu gives pride of place to local producers, such as the fruit and vegetables cultivated close to Beaune in Palleau, or the eggs from the Ferme du Pontot in Gevrey-Chambertin. “Behind each excellent product is the hard work of women and men, to offer you the very best”.
The menu proposes several options: the Creation Menu for modern and creative dishes, the Tradition Menu for more traditional recipes, the Balanced Menu to enjoy a gourmet yet light meal, the Tasting Menu with its seven courses. What’s more, children also can enjoy a gourmet moment with the Gastronome Menu for those up to 12 years old.
And to magnify this culinary experience, the head sommelier Benjamin Maillet will be pleased to propose a wine/food pairing with the best wines from Burgundy and elsewhere thanks to his wine list which features over 400 references.
And for the final sweet touch, the pastry chef Sébastien Henry will delight your tastebuds with his delicious desserts such as the Fig Tartelettes or Chocolate Crème Brûlée.

On Sunday afternoons, it’s teatime! On the menu is a selection of homemade savoury or sweet refreshments, madeleines, still warm from the oven, organic seasonal fruit, chantilly cream, caramel and chocolate… Accompanied by hot drinks or a glass of champagne. Majestic!
